Insert a VCA
Put a VCA between the VCO and the Output. Then drive it with an envelope. Suddenly the drone has shape, attack, decay, release.
A drone is fine but we want notes. To get notes, we insert a VCA between the VCO and the Output, and drive the VCA with an envelope.
Most of the work is already done. VCO into VCA.IN, Clock into ADSR.GATE, ADSR.ENV into VCA.CV. All you need to do is send the VCA OUT to the Output (both L and R) and the drone becomes plucks.
